For each project, we deliver:
- Requirements definition and written specification
- Supplier identification across 3–5 manufacturing regions
- Factory verification — licence, capacity, certifications, export history
- Uniform RFQ and normalised quote comparison
- Commercial negotiation and supplier recommendation
- Sample management and written approval gate
- Production monitoring with weekly written updates
- Independent pre-shipment inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas)
- Logistics coordination and document verification
- Customs broker briefing and clearance support
- Post-delivery review and re-order planning
PRICING MODEL
Engagement Fee
Charged before any work begins. Non-refundable once started. Covers requirements definition, supplier research, RFQ management, and project setup.
Range: $300–$2,500 depending on project complexity.
Order Management Commission
A percentage of the total managed order value. Tiered by order size and risk factors. Collected before shipment release.
Range: 2%–9% depending on order value (larger orders = lower rate).
Add-on services
Factory audits, additional inspections, certification coordination, and urgent handling are available at fixed or per-service rates.
No hidden markups on supplier invoices. No undisclosed rebates. Full cost transparency at every step.
WHAT AETOROS DOES NOT DO:
- Product resale or inventory holding
- Supplier financing or client prepayment management (for first-order clients)
- Legal or tax advisory
- Guaranteeing product performance beyond the agreed inspection scope
- Replacing your licensed customs broker — we coordinate, they execute
